Pabna Protishsruti is founded on the strength of a General Committee that serves as the supreme body of the organization. This committee is responsible for electing the Executive Committee through the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and ensuring the overall transparency of all activities. The members represent various professional sectors and development backgrounds, bringing collective wisdom and a shared commitment to the organization's mission and vision.

Pabna Protishsruti is managed by an Executive Committee comprised of 7 members elected for a period of 3 years elected by the General Committee in an Annual General Meeting (AGM). The members belong to various, development organization and institutions bringing with them a wealth of experience and expertise.
